Do you build custom food trucks in NYC?
Yes. We design and fabricate custom food trucks, food trailers, and food carts from our shop at 78 Gerry St. in Brooklyn. We build units from scratch around the client’s menu, equipment, and how they plan to operate in the city.
How long has Shanghai Mobile Kitchen Solutions been in business?
Over 45 years. Jimmy Wong founded the company in Brooklyn in 1979, and it is still family-owned and run by the Wong family today.
What areas do you serve?
We build for clients across all five boroughs of New York City, as well as New Jersey, Long Island, and the wider Tri-State area. Clients outside the region can contact us to talk through build and delivery options.
